I used to photograph aircraft models on modelling contests. During an assignment in Stockholm 2005 I have captured this excellent (and award-winning) Spitfire Mk. XIVe in the 1/48 category.

Built from the Academy kit, the model represents a machine flown by Edwin P. Spackman in Burma. Andreas assembled the model as per kit instructions without any extra detailing and additions. The striking – and different – SEAC markings and paint scheme originate from Aeromaster’s decal sheet “The Last of the Legend”.
